To join the Mannsdale PTO for 2012-2013, please complete this Membership Form. After you complete the form, you will need to print off the document and bring it to school along with your payment. Membership dues are $10.00 per family. Dues must be paid in order for the membership process to be completed. As part of your membership, you will receive a car emblem and a directory of the families in our school by grade. Membership fees will be collected at Meet the Teacher Night, Open House or in the office throughout the year. If you are interested in volunteering to serve on a PTO committee, you may also indicate that on the form below.
