Welcome to Ridgeland High School’s website.  It will be informative and assist you in getting to know about the many offerings of our high school.

I would like to thank everyone who makes this website a beneficial tool for students, parents, friends, and faculty.  Special thanks to Mrs. Tiffany Turnage our webmaster who has worked many hours upgrading information for this school year.

Ridgeland High School is a remarkable place.  Our Faculty, Staff, and students are second to none.  We are so proud of our school.  Congratulations are in order this year for our SATP teachers.  We scored above 99% passage in Biology & US History.  We also had 80% passage on a new, very difficult test in Algebra I and this 80% was many percentage points higher than the state average.  Special recognition again goes to our English Department as they had the highest scale score (655.9) in the state of Mississippi with 82.5% scoring in proficient and advanced range.  Less than 6% of our students scored minimal on the English II test.  Congratulations again!

Great students, outstanding teachers, very supportive parents, and continued support from the City of Ridgeland and Madison County Board of Education are a large reason for this success. I am proud of all of our outstanding programs.  We have set a high standard for academics, athletics, and the arts in our first six years.
